The Norther Alliance consists of four Departments  whose officers must first be approved by the trustees and then elected from amongst the candidates by a majority vote through secret voting at a general assembly. The Departments of the Northern Alliance are as follows:

2)  Administrative and Financial Matters.

3) Events

4) Family Matters
